IOWA CITY ADULT ADD SUPPORT GROUP

Meets on the third Tuesday of each month (except December) at the Mercy Medical Plaza Building at 540 E Jefferson St, south of Mercy Hospital.

7:00pm-9:00pm in the Scanlon meeting room in the lower level.

This is support group is for Parents, children old enough to participate, teenagers or adults or their concerned family members.

For more information, contact Patrick Hurley . Cost is free, we do take donations to be used from time to time to buy books or donate to organizations who are promoting ADD/ADHD related events.

The group is a CHADD satellite providing information and support related to Parenting Children with ADHD. Occasional guest presenters. The group meets Fall through Spring. During the Summer feel free to call for more information and support.

Provides and promotes comprehensive, family-centered services and supports that enable children with severe disabilities and chronic health conditions to live at home with their families. Children age birth to 17 years with mental retardation, developmental disabilities, and chronic health conditions are eligible to enroll. Requests for in-home respite are reviewed on a case-by-case basis.
